Powerful Pressure Washer

  • The TPC Wash chamber contains powerful cleaning heads that rotate to evenly distribute the cleaning force.
  • The TPC Wash unit is powered by 3R Sales with (2) 3,000 PSI, 8 GPM machines

TPC Dirty Panels In - Clean Panels Out

  • Dirty Title Panels are fed into the unit. Clean panels come out at the other side
  • If panels are particularly dirty, eg after concerts, the water can be heated to 180°F/ 82°C, which melts gum and food particles.
  • If some marks remain when the panel exits the machine, the 2-way roller system allows the Crew to simply roll the panel back into the chamber to re-clean.


TPC Energy Saver

  • Water Tan Volume: 500 Gallon / 1,893 litre
  • Based on 1 X Pallet of terratrak plus tiles bolted in panels of 2. Each pallet holds 25 panels = 651 sq ft / 60.5 sqm
Standard pressure washer:
  • 4 gallons / 15 litres per minute x 30 minutes per pallet = 120 gallons / 455 lires per pallet
TPC Wash Speedy - Clean - Machine
  • 16 gallons / 61 litres per minute x 4 minutes per pallet = 64 gallons / 243 litres per pallet
  • TPC Wash therefore saves 56 gallons / 212 litres of water per pallet!
  • Water savings per 100,000 sq. ft. / 9,290 sqm (without water recovery system in place): 154 pallets @ 64 gallons / 243 litres = 9,856 gallons / 37,309 litres

TPC Fast Pocessing - Labor Savings

Each cleaning Crew is made up of:
  • 2 x forklifts with drivers - to bring pallets of dirty tiles and remove pallets of clean tiles
  • 2 x "feeders"
  • 2 x "retrievers"
  • 1 x floater

Standard pressure washer:

  • 30 minutes per pallet

TPC Wash

  • 4 minutes per pallet

TPC Wash therefore saves 26 minutes per pallet

  • Labor savings per 100,000 sq ft / 9,290sqm
  • 154 pallets @ 24 minutes = c. 62 hours
